Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:
- Contact support team with your order number in the subject line.
- Attach a clear photo showing the item’s condition.
- Please ensure the item is unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a fair resolution — this may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
